On Saturday vnmg aftr buying somthing in a shop, mum and I walkd along a path back hom. Thn I found a lawn, bsid th path. If walking across th lawn w would arriv hom quickly. Thinking of this, I lookd around. Sing fw popl coming, I strod into th lawn. But I hard mum calling m back at onc. I said to mum cahnly, "W can quickly gt hom by crossing it," pointing to th opposit. Mum sriously said, "Th lawn is usd to bautify th surroundings. You should tak good car of it. And can such tndr grass bar your stpping?"

Haring Mum's words, my fac turnd rd. I admittd my fault and walkd hom along th path.

星期六傍晚，购物后，我和妈妈沿着小路回家。路上我发现路边有一片草地。我想如果穿过草坪，我们就会很快到家。想到这，我向四周看看，见没几个人过来，我踏进了草地。但是我立刻听到妈妈叫我回来。我指着对面平静地对妈妈说：“穿过草地，我们很快就到家了。”妈妈严肃地对我说：“草坪是用来美化环境的。你应该好好照顾这草坪。这么娇嫩的草能受得了你踩吗?”

听着妈妈的话，我脸红了。我承认我错了，沿着小路向家走去。
